From the start you were both very professional, thorough and friendly in your approach and it gave us confidence that we would end up with a kitchen we were happy with. In addition, your partnership with KW made the project as stress free as possible. You quickly helped us to narrow down design choices which, left to our own devices, would have felt overwhelming and taken a significant amount of time. At the start of the project you asked us to trust in your process and you were right, everything came together and we have ended up with a space and design that we are extremely happy with.

You were both on hand for every aspect of the build and install and we knew that if any problems arose, we would not be stuck on the end of a telephone for hours on end but would get a quick response to email or call.

We have only just started to enjoy our new kitchen but are looking forward to many years ahead in the space and shortly, our first Christmas!
