Initial Complimentary Consultation
We extend a warm invitation for you to visit our Byfleet Village Showroom, where we offer an initial complimentary consultation. This visit not only allows you to appreciate the quality of our furniture but also provides us with the opportunity to find our more about your project.
Presentations
In the comfort of our showroom, we can discuss your preferences regarding appliances, furniture, styles, colour palettes, and more. This personalised conversation ensures a thorough understanding of your vision. During your initial consultation with us, we will provide you with a preliminary budget guideline to enable you to make an informed decision if you would like to commission Vita Nova Interiors for a tailored design. This upfront insight into the investment required for your project give you the ability to move forward with confidence.
Order Placement
Once your design reaches its final form and you have approved our detailed quotation, we will request a deposit to secure your installation date. To ensure a seamless process, we provide a comprehensive payment schedule and a detailed itinerary outlining the delivery dates for your furniture, appliances, and work surfaces. This schedule is carefully aligned with your installation timeline.
Rest assured, our dedicated in-house delivery team will handle the transportation of your items, ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience.
Installation
Our dedicated installation team, is overseen personally by Graham Cross, ensuring meticulous oversight throughout the entire process. Graham personally conducts multiple site visits during the installation of your kitchen furniture, overseeing the template and installation of worktops and glass splashbacks (if required). Once the worktops are expertly fitted, our installation team returns to handle the final plumbing and electrical connections.
We take pride in professionally capturing the essence of our completed projects. If you’re happy to allow us to photograph your stunning new Kitchen, Bedroom, or Home Office, we would be delighted to do so. Following the photoshoot, we’ll happily provide you with the complete set of digital images.
