I can’t quite believe we’ve had the new kitchen for almost a year already.  There’s not a day goes by when it doesn’t give me a smile inside and out: I had a lot of doubts about the work we undertook but I’m so glad we took the plunge.  The kitchen has always been my happy place and it really couldn’t be more true now.  The children have taken to spending more time in here, and it’s where we spend most of our time.

Christmas with the new kitchen this year was a complete gamechanger.  There was room with the two ovens to cook everything that everyone wanted, and to keep it warm where necessary and heat the plates with the warming drawer.  With the addition of the second dishwasher, it was simple to keep it tidy and have everything cleaned away with no dirty dishes in sight or washing up to do!

The time taken to consider and plan our kitchen was worth every minute.  We wouldn’t change a single thing in here.  It’s not just a kitchen but really is the heart of our home.
